1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2 Eligibility

Access to the pakjp1 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and remain so for the duration of your membership.
2. You are a resident of, or are physically located in, a jurisdiction in which accessing online betting and gaming services is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and are not registering on behalf of a third party, company, or syndicate.
4. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
5. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of pakjp1, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
6. You have not previously been permanently excluded from the Platform or had a pakjp1 account terminated for cause.

pakjp1 does not intentionally accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by national law. It is the sole responsibility of the Member to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. pakjp1 accepts no liability for any Member who accesses the Platform in contravention of local regulations.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money betting and gaming services on pakjp1, you must register a Member account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• Each individual may hold one account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. pakjp1 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify pakjp1 support immediately at [email protected].
• Account registration is free of charge. pakjp1 does not levy any fee for creating or maintaining a Member account.
• pakjp1 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

Upon successful registration, Members are required to complete KYC identity verification prior to making their first withdrawal. KYC documents accepted include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, together with proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first deposit may result in account restrictions being applied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pakjp1 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds:

Deposits

• Deposits are processed in real time or within a maximum of 5 minutes, subject to the processing times of the Member's chosen banking channel.
• pakjp1 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Standard minimum deposit is Rp 10.000.
• Funds deposited from a payment method must be withdrawn to the same method where technically possible. Cross-method withdrawals require prior written approval from pakjp1 compliance.
• pakjp1 does not charge deposit fees on its end; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may levy their own transaction charges, for which pakjp1 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. Standard processing times are 5–15 minutes for BCA and BRI during 07:00–22:00 WIB, and real-time for OVO, DANA, and GoPay.
• All withdrawals require KYC verification to be completed and approved. pakjp1 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds in excess of Rp 50.000.000.
• Withdrawals will only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the Member's own name, matching the name on the pakjp1 account exactly.
• pakjp1 does not impose a withdrawal fee on standard transactions. Expedited processing for amounts over Rp 100.000.000 may be subject to a priority handling fee disclosed at the time of the request.
• pakjp1 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of security checks, KYC review, or investigation of suspected irregular activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pakjp1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified Members aged 21 and above only. pakjp1 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account status, deposit history, or geographic location.
• Each Member is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once per lifetime. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x, as disclosed per offer.
• Wagers placed on certain game categories (e.g., low-margin live dealer tables) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is disclosed within the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the period stated in the specific promotion. Standard bonus validity is 7 calendar days from the date of credit.
• pakjp1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of a suspected system error or technical fault causing incorrect bonus values, pakjp1 may void the affected transactions.
• Bonuses obtained through abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or any other method intended to circumvent the spirit of the promotion will be forfeited without compensation, and the account(s) involved may be permanently closed.

6 Acceptable Use

Members must use the pakjp1 Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt betting activity in relation to any sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Placing bets in coordination with other individuals ("syndicate betting") for the purpose of guaranteeing profit regardless of outcome — commonly known as arbitrage or "arbing".
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity. pakjp1 cooperates fully with competent authorities investigating financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other tool to disguise or misrepresent your true geographic location.
• Impersonating another Member, pakjp1 employee, or any other person, whether online or offline.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software, odds-generation engine, or RNG systems.

Violations of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the pakjp1 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pakjp1 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit Members to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of pakjp1.

8 Privacy & Data

pakjp1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

pakjp1 implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures — including 128-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options, and role-based staff access controls — to protect Member data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. We do not sell Member data to unaffiliated third parties.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakjp1 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Interruptions, errors, or delays caused by circumstances beyond pakjp1's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, third-party payment processor failures, force majeure events, acts of government, or natural disasters.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that arise from genuine technical faults. Where a manifest error has occurred, pakjp1 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to Member accounts.
• The tax consequences for any Member arising from winnings received through the Platform. Members are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on gambling income in their jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit pakjp1's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Responsible Gaming

pakjp1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing Members with the tools and information needed to keep gaming an enjoyable, controlled activity. The following provisions form part of our responsible gaming framework:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time, free of charge. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure session duration reminders that alert them when they have been actively playing for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Any Member who believes their gambling is becoming problematic may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent account closure at any time by contacting [email protected].
• Reality Checks: pakjp1 provides on-screen prompts at configurable intervals showing time spent in the current session and net win/loss position.

11 Termination

Either party may terminate a Member's account in accordance with the following terms:

Termination by the Member: You may close your account at any time by submitting a written closure request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and the absence of any open withdrawal restrictions. Bonus funds remaining at closure are forfeited.

Termination by pakjp1: pakjp1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member account, with or without prior notice, upon reasonable grounds including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC, misrepresentation of age or identity, use of prohibited software, or irregular betting patterns indicative of market manipulation. In cases of confirmed fraud, pakjp1 may withhold any balance pending investigation and law-enforcement referral.

12 Amendments

pakjp1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pakjp1 will notify registered Members via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised terms take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the pakjp1 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the pakjp1 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pakjp1 is incorporated and licensed to operate. pakjp1 operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and adheres to the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure (detailed in Section 14) shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable Indonesian law.

pakjp1 operates an internal complaints procedure for Members who are dissatisfied with the resolution of a support query. Formal complaints submitted in writing to [email protected] will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 14 business days. If you remain dissatisfied following our internal review, you may escalate to the relevant licensing authority as specified in the governing law of the Platform's operating jurisdiction.
